Tavita's Birthday Party

I was going to be induced on Monday, so Grandma and Grandpa had a flight Sunday afternoon to Vegas. I went into labor on my own and they missed the birth by an hour. Right after the baby was born, Miti left to get them from the airport. They stayed with us for a week. It was great to have them come visit. I joke that I will have to have another baby for them to come visit again. lol

Blessings

We are so blessed to have Tavita. I remember when I looked at him for the first time, I couldn't believe he was actually here on earth with us. A few years ago, I heard a voice, "Mommy, don't forget me." I told Miti about this experience and we knew that we needed to have another child. Long story short - over three years later . . . finally I was holding our new son in my arms. We are so blessed!

Masina's 8th Birthday

Masina is EIGHT! I can't believe it. Leon and Janeen Jensen and their family were in town on Masina's birthday. We gave her clothes and a couple pairs of shoes. She's a girl who loves her shoes.

Family Birthdays

In Colorado, we celebrated birthdays at Grandma and Grandpa's house every other month. Now that we moved to Vegas, Susan and I decided to meet twice a year and celebrate all of our kids birthdays together. In the fall, Susan and her family came down from West Jordan and we had a picnic at the park and the kids exchanged presents. Of course, Noel and Miti fit in a quick game of golf too!

Olsons

One of the greatest opportunities that we have living in Vegas is all of the friends and family that have come to visit. Who knew Vegas was such a meeting spot. We have had visits from many of our dear friends and family. Here is a picture of the Olson's on one of their trips to Vegas.
