Baptism/Blessing

Tavita's face had a horrible rash. We later found
out that he is allergic to regular formula. He had
drank two bottles the day before.

We were all laughing histerically when we took this picture and others which I am not posting. Harmony was so mad and didn't want to be in the photo and Tavita was calm and just staring around and clueless that she was screaming her head off.

We were so excited to have family come in town for the blessing of Tavita and and the baptism of Masina. All of my sisters were able to come with at least one of their children. My parents also came. Alisa's baby, Harmony, was blessed by my dad. Harmony and Tavita are only a month apart.
We had a great time together.

Love at Home

Masina closes her eyes when she rubs her face against his.

Looking back on this picture of Tavita in the swing, he looked a little yellow. eh?

The kids were having fun dancing the tango.

Miti loves to snuggle with our babies.

How to Be Rich

In our house, if you want to get money you lose a tooth. This was one of Alana's favorite ways to make some cash (until she lost her last tooth in '07). The toothfairy brings them a dollar and Grandma and Grandpa Jensen give them four dollars. So, for each tooth they loose they bring in 5 bucks.

While Grandma and Grandpa were here, Tana had his second loose tooth. Grandpa pulled it out before Tana even knew what was going on. Now Tana is 5 bucks richer!

Alana the Chef!

Alana wants to be a chef when she grows up. She got an apron, chef hat and cooking supplies for Christmas. She is not intimidated at all by cooking/baking even when she makes mistakes.

Tavita is Loved

Our friends, the Marchants, took our children to church while we went to the hospital to have the baby. When Miti went to pick them up, the Marchants fed him, the kids and my parents. What a blessing to have good friends.

The kids were so excited to see their brother. In 2006, all the girls wanted for Christmas was to feel a baby in my tummy. That wish didn't come true, because I wasn't expecting then. The kids were so excited to see and feel and touch their new brother.

Miti and I were texting Suzanne during church and giving her updates. As soon as the baby was born she rushed to the hospital to meet him.

Tavita's Birthday Party

I was going to be induced on Monday, so Grandma and Grandpa had a flight Sunday afternoon to Vegas. I went into labor on my own and they missed the birth by an hour. Right after the baby was born, Miti left to get them from the airport. They stayed with us for a week. It was great to have them come visit. I joke that I will have to have another baby for them to come visit again. lol
